Streamline Technologies has recently transitioned our StormWise offerings to a new, more secure and reliable hosting environment.
While the version numbers have changed, you’ll continue to experience the same trusted functionality and computational framework you've come to rely on in our latest versions – now backed by enhanced performance and security.
To ensure uninterrupted access to StormWise and ICPR4, we ask that you please follow the steps below to download, access, and begin using the latest versions of StormWise and ICPR4.
Latest ICPR Version: 4.07.11
New login credentials are required to access the latest versions of StormWise and ICPR4. You will need to contact your team's license account manager to request your license's new login credentials.
- Step 1: Request new StormWise login credentials from your team's account manager.

- Step 2: Download our new StormWise Access Manager and the latest version of StormWise or ICPR4 HERE.
- Step 3: Log in to the new StormWise Access Manager using your license's new login credentials.
- Step 4: Open and begin using the latest version of StormWise or ICPR4.

New login credentials are required for end-user access to the latest versions of StormWise and ICPR4. Account managers must gather and provide their team's new login credentials to license end users, which can be accessed through Streamline Technologies' new License Management Portal.
- Step 1: Access and log in to Streamline Technologies' License Management Portal HERE for access to your StormWise license's new end-user login credentials.
- For first-time users, please follow the steps below to activate and access your new License Management Portal.

- Step 2: From the License Management Portal, select "Licenses" to view each of your team's license numbers. You will then select your desired license number to access the license's details.
- For first-time users, please follow steps one through five below to navigate and manage your license(s) details.

- Step 3: In the "License Information" section of your license details, gather the license's new login credentials (i.e. License Number & Password) to be shared with license end-users.
- Note: Customers with multiple licenses can identify each license by the legacy serial number in the license details found on the License Management Portal

Our current license manager is being sunset to ensure that we are able to deliver the highest level of security as well as the best user experience.
As we migrate to a new, more robust license manager, you will receive an error message when opening the older StormWise and ICPR4 versions described above. A new installation with the license manager update is required to open the software (StormWise v4.08.09 and ICPR4 v4.07.11).

Unfortunately, this is not possible as legacy versions of StormWise and ICPR4 will be sunset as part of the license manager update. A new installation is required to use the software (StormWise v4.08.09 and ICPR4 v4.07.11).

Yes. It is possible to have multiple versions of the software (e.g. StormWise and ICPR4) as long as they include the recent license manager update. This will include StormWise v4.08.09 and ICPR4 v4.07.11 and any future release of StormWise.
No. The computational engine for StormWise v4.08.09 and ICPR4 v4.07.11 is consistent with v4.08.03 and v4.07.08, respectively. The only change for this update is the new license manager.
The account manager will have access to the license management portal to view who is online.
Projects can be opened in StormWise v4.08.09 and ICPR4 v4.07.11 without moving a model forward if the model was saved in StormWise v4.08.03 or ICPR4 v4.07.08, respectively. The database version has not changed for this update.
