Click in any data field on any data form and press the F1 Key to open specific help details.
Tutorials & Example Projects
New users should plan to follow along with the Two Pond Schematic View tutorial (at a minimum). This tutorial will help you become familiar with the user interface and answer many common StormWise™ questions. Numerous other tutorials are provided to introduce you to a number of modeling tasks.
Additionally, the help menu includes example projects that show how a complete model is brought together for different types of modeling challenges. These examples will take you through model setup, simulation, and analyzing results.

Occasionally, support questions fall under engineering support rather than technical support. Streamline Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to determine what is considered technical support or engineering support. If your request is determined to require engineering support, you will be notified of such before any project review by Streamline Technologies, Inc. engineers. An engineering support services agreement will be sent to you, and an hourly fee shall be applied.
